Designed specifically for two situations: real estate transactions (Pre-Listing or Pre-Purchase) and aging systems where homeowners need to decide between continued repairs and proactive replacement.

- Tune-up work. An evaluation is documentation, not optimization. If you also want the system tuned, schedule a tune-up alongside.
- Code certifications or formal compliance documents. The evaluation report is professional opinion documentation, not a regulatory certification.
- System replacement quotes. If the evaluation finds end-of-life equipment, we provide a separate installation estimate (free).
